Guidelines for a walk

  1. Begin with no expectations.
  2. Remove shoes if possible.
  3. Pause and take a few deep breaths.
  4. Walk on a white path.
  5. Walk as slowly or as quickly as you choose.
  6. You may pass others; others may pass you.
  7. When you reach the center, stay as long as you wish. You may sit and pray, or ponder something of concern to you.
  8. When you're ready, return on the same path to the point where you started.
